Stewardship Team Meeting, Tuesday
June 28 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Hall
This is a
kick-off meeting for all parish Stewardship Team members conducted
by Liam McArdle. The goal is to bring the teams up to speed on the
ministry, review each parish renewal plan, finalize the schedule and
start planning for the parish renewals.

Leadership Retreat, Friday/Saturday
September 16/17 at Most Holy Trinity
This Retreat and
the Leadership Gathering are the two most important opportunities to
enlist your parish leaders to
Stewardship as
A Way of Life. Invite as
many of your key leaders as you like. We hope to have 60-70 people
from each parish at each of these two major events. It will be
conducted in three languages. The Retreat and Gathering are a
“package deal.” When you invite your leaders to the retreat, inform
them that by accepting, they will also be committing to attend the
Gathering.
Organizing
Team: We would like to get a small team organized to
coordinate the details of the retreat including scheduling of music
at the gatherings. If you have candidates, have them contact me.
Leadership Gathering,
Monday October 3 at St. Francis of Assisi
The retreat is a
spiritual experience while the Gathering is a discernment
opportunity at which all the leaders will be asked to review their
roles, and requested to take their commitment card home, reflect and
pray on their decision, and return it on their parish on Commitment
Sunday. Please start preparing your invitation list. Liam has some
templates that will assist you with the invitation.

tasks for your parishes include:
1.
Organizing and informing your Stewardship Teams
2.
Organizing your Communications team to coordinate the newsletter
3.
Inviting
your Leadership, Finance, Stewardship, Clergy, Staff and key lay
leaders to the Retreat and Leadership Gathering.
